Todyas speciallity
Fresh Potatoe sallad with oxe.
8 potatoes
4 different tomatoes (baby tomatoes)
1 red paprika
8 small sundryed tomatoes
1 peice of garlic
3 spring onions
8 radish cut down
200 gram of oxe fillet cut down in samll peices
toss it al in a big bowl with some olive oil and salt and pepper.
let it stand in the fridge and cool down. Serve with bread and butter.
